Your role in practice:

Financial Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare monthly financial reporting for the Management Team and Board meetings.
• Manage monthly sales reporting and analysis.
• Monitor strategy execution through KPIs and performance metrics.
• Manage the reporting and consolidation of international subsidiaries.
• Prepare inventory margin analyses and inventory change calculations.

Reporting Development

• Develop financial and sales reporting to better support business decision-making.
• Improve forecasting processes and future business performance projections.
• Utilize and maintain data analytics and reporting tools, currently: Fuusor, Qlick Sense and Cognos Controller
• Further development of management reporting tools, KPI's, processes and function level dashboards in the direction of Power BI
• Support and develop ERP and CRM-related reporting processes.
• Drive the rationalization and automation of current reporting systems by leveraging the potential of AI
• Play a significant role in future ERP transformation projects.

Ad Hoc Analysis & Problem Solving

• Investigate and resolve day-to-day financial and operational issues.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system-related errors and data inconsistencies.
• Support billing, project accounting, and project reporting investigations.
• Contribute to crisis management and handling of business exceptions.

Systems Environment

• ERP: Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
• CRM: HubSpot
• BI & Consolidation Tools
• Current: Fuusor, Qlik Sense, Cognos Controller
• Future: AI tools, Power BI

 What you bring

• Experience in manufacturing industries
• Strong accounting expertise – including a deep understanding of inventory accounting, balance sheet accounting, profit and loss recognition, and underlying accounting principles.
• Experience in project invoicing and project accounting.
• Power BI expertise and AI experience is a strenght
• Strong systems aptitude – ability to learn and work with complex, customized ERP and BI environments.
• Highly analytical mindset – capable of investigating and solving complex financial and system-related issues.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate clearly across functions and explain findings effectively.
• Fluency in Finnish and English
